This is a six-page fashion spread, based on Sophia Coppola's film The Virgin Suicides. The film revolves around all of the girls committing suicide after being stifled by their overprotective, and religious parents. The film set in the 1970's provided an excellent jumping off point to show retro fashion trends in an edgy unexpected way. The remaining three images are from a series of diptychs and triptychs based around urban style.

Heather Noonan graduated in 2007 from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She is Primarily a documentary photographer, however she frequently does fashion and fine art work. She likes to approach her fashion work with a slightly edgy alternative outlook. Her fine artwork is centered around alternative printing methods, traditional cameras and printing, and surface altered images. She has recently returned from working on a long term documentary on the Borucan Indigenous tribe. This work also recently received a honorable mention in the International Photography Awards. Heather currently lives and works in Philadelphia.
